I’m Ingrid. Educator, coach, and founder of The Ingrid Way.

I help people build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with their bodies — without rules, extremes, or starting over.

For a long time, convenience drove my relationship with food. Drive-throughs, quick fixes, and “good enough for now” felt easier — until I reached a moment where my body no longer felt like home. At my heaviest, I realized the true cost of that convenience, and I knew something had to change.

At 30, I committed to understanding my body instead of fighting it. With the help of a trainer, I lost 70 pounds — but more importantly, I learned how to listen, respond, and build habits that actually lasted. That experience reshaped how I saw food, movement, and health — and it became the foundation for the work I do today.

Now, I support men and women — especially those in midlife — who are ready to feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies again. I believe your body is your lifelong home, not something to battle or control. My work is about helping you tune in, trust yourself, and build a way of living that supports real life and long-term vitality.
